To open a ticket, click on Submit a request button on Nexex Help Center homepage. Please include:
- the email you used to register on Nexex, or a valid email address
- a detailed description of your issue (try to include as much information as possible)
- your request type (you can choose between question, incident, problem, task)
You can also choose to include attachments to your requests (like screenshots). Once done, click the "Submit" button. Please do not create more than one request for the same issue.
In case of order issues, add the following details:
- coin pair
- order type
In case of transaction issues, add the following details:
- coin name and transferred amount
- transaction type
- transaction ID
- sending and receiving address
Never send sensitive data like ID documents or passwords through requests.
