Users should be aware that malicious actors are working on daily basis trying to steal money from them.
While you are trading on Nexex, make sure you are on the real website https://trade.nexex.io by checking the URL and the SSL certificate.
If you receive suspicious emails, always check the legitimacy of the sender. Don't click on email links and don't open attachments. In case you receive fake Nexex emails, report them immediately to our Support.
Scammers could also hide inside the community and message you, trying to make you join fake private sales or take advantage of special coin offers/airdrops. Nexex administrators, community managers, support agents will never ask you to send money, your personal info, account details, private and public keys and so on. Never share such details with anyone!
Pro tip: impersonators could also fake groups or channels by replacing letters (for example by using capital "i" and make it look like the L letter). Always refer to the official links and don't accept doubtful invitations from random users. You can find all our official social accounts and links here.
Nexex does not offer phone support at the moment. Beware of scam phone calls from people stating they are from Nexex Company and report them immediately to our Support.
If you notice suspicious activity inside our community, or find fake users/groups/channels, notify immediately our Support or the administrators of the official Nexex Telegram group.
